Everything was outstanding, had a fun stay for about 11 nights. We ate at a great restaurant for dinner. The view from our room was great. The staff were fabulously helpful and attentive too.

This hotel is quirky, has knowledgeable employees at the reception desk. Good and amazing location on the golf course at Bryncliff was a plus. What's more, it was near to the Library, restaurants/bars and tourist spots and so many neighborhoods and restaurants. The room was spacious and huge, loved it.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries provided. The dining area had a cozy bar/lounge where I could relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast. The spa and wellness center, along with the garden area, added an extra level of relaxation to my stay. The free Wi-Fi and parking were greatly appreciated. I was impressed with the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.
